SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours so you can receive your new items as soon as possible.
We offer free delivery on all orders over 70 €. On orders under this amount, shipping costs 6 € with delivery to your door or packing box.
If you have the opportunity to pick up your order during the store's opening hours, then choose Click & Collect as delivery. We have your order ready no later than 2 hours after you have completed the purchase.

RETURN & REPLACEMENT
Have you regretted your purchase or need to switch to another size?
You are always welcome to exchange or return your item in the store (remember to bring your order confirmation / receipt). If this is not possible, you can send the item back via the enclosed return label - please follow these steps:
- 1. Pack the item well and use suitable packaging for shipping.
- 2. Attach a copy of your order or write your order number clearly on the outside of the package.
- 3. Put return label on the package.
- 4. Return the package to Unit 43 Mahon Point Shopping Ctr T12CV0C Cork
When we receive the package, we will refund the amount to you. Please note that it can take some weekdays - up to a week - from the time we receive the package from you until it has been processed. You will receive an email from us once we have processed it.
If you need a different size, we recommend that you make a new order or come down to the store and exchange.
28 day return policy
We always offer 28 days return policy, excluding sale items. So if the item does not live up to your expectations or you need a different size, then just send back or come down to the store with the item.
Item was defective when I received it
Should the unfortunate occur, please write to email@example.com with a description and picture of the package, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.
Did you receive my return package?
If you have used our label, you can use your tracking number to see exactly where the package is. We have a typical processing time of 2-5 business days from the time we receive the package.
